Our facility hosts four plasma cutting machines which are capable of cutting up to 2 1/2" thick materials. This equipment includes:

- 14' x 53' w/ dual HT4000's
- 10' x 40' Hy-def w/ dual HPR260's
- Custom contouring & beveling table
Oxy-Fuel Flame Cutting
At Hansen Steel, oxy-fuel flame cutting is also used to cut mild steel up to 12" thick. We provide custom processing including both plasma and oxy-fuel contoured bevel cutting for weld preparation. Manufactured materials include high strength and mild steels, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Metal Processing Services
Our high tech plasma cutting machines provide you with the exact alignment and metal preparation you need for your application.
